Delivery Information
Thank you for choosing Surbhi Utpad. We take great care in delivering our natural and swadeshi products to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are may be not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery across India generally takes 5–7 business days after the order has been dispatched.
Service Areas: We deliver to most pin codes across India through our reputed courier partners.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking link will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
Surbhi Utpad is not responsible for non-delivery or delivery to the wrong person if the address details provided by the customer are incorrect. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
5. Damages and Issues
Surbhi Utpad is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Email us at su*********@***il.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged package/product to initiate a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
