4.2. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Surbhi Utpad is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the user.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products (perishables/hygiene-sensitive), returns are only accepted for unopened and sealed items within 7 days of delivery.
5.2. Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product, please email us at su*********@***il.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
5.3. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the returned item.
6. User Conduct
6.1. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6.2. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Any breach will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

International: Deliveries beyond Indian Territory:
Surbhiutpad uses DHL services to arrange deliveries of orders that are meant to be delivered outside the Indian territory or nations apart from India. Surbhiutpad delivers to several parts of the globe however due to any sudden changes or unforeseen circumstances, Surbhiutpad may stop collecting orders to any destination country without any prior notice where our delivery service is affected.
Key Points to remember before placing an order intended to be delivered outside the Indian Territory:
- The buyer or a user using the Surbhiutpad website or the mobile app is requested, aware and agrees to their sole responsibility to check with their local authorities and customs in the destination country, whether the products ordered from Surbhiutpad are allowed to be imported in their respective country
- Surbhiutpad has a team who does the check on each item in an order before your order is dispatched from our facility. Surbhiutpad may remove an item or multiple items in an order in case the items added in that order are restricted in the destination country
- Refund against removed items in an order will be credited to the Surbhiutpad Account Wallet. Balance added to the Surbhiutpad account wallet adjust automatically on your next purchase. No action is required from the buyer
- The buyer and a user using the Surbhiutpad website or the mobile app is aware and agrees that any type of fees, charges, penalties, duties imposed by the destination country will not be paid by Surbhiutpad
- Extra charges may apply to your order in case your order returns from it’s destination country back to it’s origin country due to incomplete/incorrect delivery address or incomplete/incorrect contact details shared or in case of failure to pay any type of duties, fees or penalties applied by the customs or any authority in the destination country
