1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Delivery: Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days across India.

Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email (su*********@***il.com) or phone number.

2. Return Policy (3-Day Window)
Timeline: You must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products (health/hygiene), we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and have the original seal intact.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and the product.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Items with broken seals or signs of use.

Products purchased during “Clearance” or “Flash Sales.”

Items returned after the 3-day eligibility window.

4. Refund Policy (7-Day Processing)
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
