How to Use Niranjan Phal
Traditional Soaking Method
- Take 1 Niranjan Phal.
- Soak it in 1 glass (200–250 ml) of clean water overnight (6–8 hours).
- By morning, the fruit will swell and form a soft jelly-like pulp.
- Remove any hard inner portion if present.
- Mix the pulp thoroughly with the same water.
- Consume on an empty stomach.
